I agree with tonytam. There’s only so much you can do and sometimes it gets to the point where you really have to take yourself into consideration first. Don’t go running for other people because if you can’t say no then they’re going to walk all over you. And don’t worry about their reaction either. Maybe they’ll get mad but they’ll get over it too. Then you have a lot less to worry about because people won’t expect things out of you per sae, they’ll already know the answer.
