but here is what i do…
find a way to release it!
ex: put that thought in to your minds eye then put a strong bubble around it! now watch that bubble just float away further and further and further and then it just goes away!
something elese that helps is having your goals written,... have your 6 month 1 year 3 years 5 years 10 year goals and your ultimate mission for you life set and writen!
you really do have to write it!

thank you for answering my question. i will try to do put that thought into a bubble..
i’m actually used to writing my goals but they’re not that specific. maybe if i make them really clear, it would be easier for me to follow.
