I quit two years ago and most of my friends have forgotten that I ever smoked at all (amazing really, as I smoked two packs a day!!) But even I forget that I smoked, I held a friend’s cigarette for him recently and it felt SO weird, I cetainly couldn’t imagine putting it in my mouth. So hang in there!! You’ve done GREAT getting to this stage, and it get’s easier from here on in!
