The short answer is no, there isn’t any particular order you must read the bible in. Do what works for you. The first time I read it I just read straight through, old testament then the new. The second time I followed a program where Monday through Friday I read little bit of the old testament (except for the books proverbs and psalms), in order, 3 to 5 chapters a day. On Saturday, I read 5 or chapters of the new testament (in order) and on Sunday, I read the proverbs and psalms. I read the bible over the course of a year, though of course one could do it much faster. Good luck and enjoy. It’s worth the read.
