If it all seems intimidating and you want to address the root of all your clutter may I suggest you read “It’s All Too Much”. This book helped me finally clear out my space both physically and mentally when I decided to move after my ex passed away. It has practical advice on the “How” aspects of decluttering and STAYING decluttered, but it also addresses the emotional aspect that’s involved in “Why” we have the clutter in the first place and why its so hard to let go of it. It’s a real personal metamorphosis that really changed my relationship with my “stuff”.
