Hey there man. It sounds to me like you need to first get out there and learn how to be a social human being before you even think about dating.

Part of the process is feeling confident enough about yourself and your self worth to project a positive image so that the person you meet will, if they’re right for you, find you attractive.

So get out there, go make some friends. Get used to mixing comfortably in a crowd and introducing yourself to people you don’t (yet!) know. You’ll be glad you did, these are skills that will improve not just your dating life but many other things as well (career, etc).
