But if you question really is, does it matter if I split up my exercise? Is it somehow better to do it all at once? From what I hear it doesn’t matter. Exercise is exercise. Even if you do 10 minutes in the morning, 10 at lunch and 10 after dinner. Focus on “just do it”. If you wait until that perfect available hour, it will never happen. Squeeze it in whenever.
