A question about this goal: I work at home and there is no pressure to be somewhere in the morning. What should I do to wake up early as a habit?

Schedule your exercise routine for first thing in the morning. Whether it’s a bike ride, a jog or actually going to the gym, make that your first task in the morning. Then when you get back and are showered, you’re awake and ready to tackle the work day.
