I can vouch for this :) whilst I didn’t carry scissors with me, I did make sure to keep my nails trimmed down as much as possible so I physically couldn’t bite them.

Coincidently, I was trying to stop biting my nails at the same time as my dad, so it turned into a bit of a contest. If you know someone else who wants to stop biting their nails, you could give a bit of friendly competition a go.
