that’s a hard one, depends on how hungry you are – if you just want some snacks, nuts and fruits are healthy and don’t need any prep.
you could make yourself some crackers, with tomatoes etc. ... i am sure there’s lots of food that doesn’t need cooking.
the deli section of any supermarket is also quite good – can be a bit expensive though.
