I’ve lost 117 lbs on weight watchers in the last 2 years. So far I fluctuate a few pounds (2-5) but I have managed to keep it off. The key to weight loss is simply eating more than you do now. No matter how many programs, diets, and weight loss miracles they come up with, that’s really what it comes down to. I packed all the dinner plates up, we only eat off of salad plates, I measure what I eat (not with cups anymore since I’ve been doing it so long) and absolutely PAY ATTENTION to serving size, it’s listed on every label. Alcohol is still a problem, since I find that if I drink, I don’t lose a thing, and can put on 2 lbs over the weekend if it’s a party weekend. Eat what you really want/need when you want it, or you’ll trash the whole plan and feel like you’ve failed again. Find a weight watchers group, making friends with the same goal really kept me on track.
