I can probably last a year at a job until I get sick of the way it is run and then need to quit. If you are unhappy with your job you try and figure out why you are so unhappy, then see if you can fix it. If not i would get out of there ASAP, or if you need the security I would search for a new job then leave when you find it.

My last solution was to start my own business… now I can only blame myself when I start to dislike what I am doing and fix it.
