Its been about 2 months since i’ve lost 53lbs. in 2 months…... But now i feeel the need to lose at least 20 more for now. I guess i’m back to the old apple a day and only diet soda diet.Occasionally if I become too disey before I go tanning I’ll allow myself a half of a tuna wrap from subway. Thats only if worse comes to worse though. I started out at 205 lbs. and I now approximatly 152 lbs.This time I plan on swithching it up a bit. I am going to subsitute that wrap for some spinach or possibly another peice of fruit or veggies. Tommorrow is my first day back on so tonite I had a big grilled chicken dinner. I can’t wait to start its so fun just watching it all fall off before my very eyes!!!!!!!! By the way for those who are aondering, I am 19 years old and i am 5’5 in height. Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me start off by saying hello… My name is leann, I’m 19 and i am from boston ma. JUst introducing myself! well, I think the biggest challenge which is quite obvious is the begining.First of all I made a rule for my self to not eat before 11am and not after 7pm. I only drank water and diet sodas and I allowed my self a reward each day. For me, my reward was a yummy 10-calorie diet redbull. I look foward to my redbull everyday. This definatly helps to look foward to something and fufill that craving eachday. sorry i’m writing so much but I am just trying to tell you that you should really look foward to something you like each day. (SOMETHING LOW-CAL) And of course all I allowed my self was 1fruit and/or 1vegggie a day. goodluck P.S. If you go tanning than the best time to eat one of those fruits would be right before you go..
