open a restaurant
Starting from Scratch

Just bought a lot on a great corner that had a 50 year old building on it. Dozed the thing flat and just beginning to stake out the areas of the new building. Very exciting and very scary. Starting to feel lots of pressure. I am currently running a large buffet resturant and a smaller burger joint. this will be my first to open and develope the concept from nothing.
