Time for action.. oh, why is it so easy to go up but not down only in the case of weight loss

Yes, I realize that. I weigh myself only once a week ( sometimes I miss that), in the morning after going to the bathroom ;). yES, i KNOW 2 LBS WILLGO DOWN, EXCEPT i HAVE BEEN TELLING MYSELF THAT AND LET it creep up by about 8 ish lbs :). So, it calls for some caution on my part. Thanks for your encouragement.
