so… this is day 6 for me, and only 4 pounds so far! Although i’m not doing this solely for weight loss I wanted to use it as a jump start to losing my last 5 10 pounds. Has this happened to anyone else? Will the weight come off in the last few days or is this pretty much it? I am 5’4 and I started this at 133, and i’m only at 129. I’m pretty small framed so I was hoping to get down to the low 20’s.
Any input?
