It makes me feel so good smiling at someone and then for them to smile back. Just to know that you’ve help brighten someones day, its amazing.

I work in a hospital in the intensive care unit, so I don’t move around to other departments a lot, but I smile at everyone I see in the hallways and most always will get a smile back.
A lady, who started the same day I did, tells me that no one ever smiles at her.
Go figure!
