In fact, I just did it today. I believe everyone should do this because yellow teeth are a turn off. =(
I’ve used crest white strips before, and they really worked well. I get compliments all the time, even months after using them.. the pic of my teeth speaks for itself..

As for which one does the trick, I couldn’t tell you.. But a box of them comes out to about $16 bucks.. Really worth it considering the results you get..
I got LOTS of compliments on my teeth, even about a year AFTER I stopped using them, people were still commenting on how white my teeth were..
I say just give it a shot.. =]
