Hey Gemma, I know you know little about med and I am in the position to reach out to a fellow human regardless of gender.

I have been there with suicide twice in my life and have not looked back since the second and final time. Universally we are all connected though some find their ideal soul companion and others continue to search or wait. I have no idea the cause of your situation but I want you to know that I am here as a fellow human and would like you to know that I am here even if I am just a piece of bubble gum under some one’s shoe. I will stay loyal. So please keep your chin up and continue with the frowns turned upside down.
