I am just having no luck with this. I don’t know if it is the way that I interact with people or if I am looking the in the wrong places, or what?!? Where are these people in the non-virtual world hiding??

I grew up Church of Christ, but converted to Baptist, hehe. I don’t know…I have been heavily influenced by the teachings of RC Sproul, David Jeremiah, and few others. I’m not really sure where I fit theologically or denominationally. hehe, I’m a calvanistic, partial preterist Baptist….that sounds so silly huh??
I have been avoid church since the whole divorce thing, even if it wasn’t my idea and I wanted to work out I still feel the shame of it. silly huh? so i have been avoiding church.
Alaythia really should be cleaning right now,
just about everybody has been divorced these days…actually I know very few people who haven’t. I don’t think you should feel ashamed about it—marriage takes two and you have no control over what the other person feels, thinks, or does. Sometimes it just happens. In some churches, I know, it still carries something of a stigma. But not everywhere. Actually one of the pastors who influenced my life the most was divorced!
