So the second week was less dramatic than week one, for sure. But I will take that pound and press on. The super strict phase of ‘fat flush’ was awesome until about day 11 and then I started to add cheats and the weekend was a bit indulgent. This week I plan on incorporating some of the Fat Flush rules but I’ll be adding back some carbs and just keeping an overall watch on calories. Also, I am wearing a size 18 pair of pants from Old Navy to work this morning that were definitely too tight for public consumption just a feww weeks ago. So I feel pretty good about that.

Also, I want to encourage everyone to keep posting! Even if its a gain or a blah week consistency is going to be the key. I promise to keep up Monday posts- lets do this!
