okay so curiousity got the better of me this morning so I went to the bathroom and then got on the scales and weighed myself and to my discovery I am now 315.5 I have lost 10 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I”M SO FREAKING HAPPY!!!! ONWARD AND UPWARD!!!!! NO STOPPING ME NOW!!!!!
this diet was designed for heart disease patients that cant get up and exercise. so here is the diet.
BREAKFAST: 2 EGGS 2 SLICES OF BACON 1/2 GRAPEFRUIT
LUNCH AND DINNER: ANY MEAT ANY RED OR GREEN VEGETABLE AND 1/2 GRAPEFRUIT
NO TATERS,PASTAS,NOTHING YELLOW, OR STARCHY JUST MAINLY MEAT AND VEGGIES. NOTHING FRIED! BAKE BROIL GRILL ONLY. I AVERAGED 2LBS PER WEEK WEIGHT LOSS AND IF YOUR WORKING OUT WHILE ON THIS YOUR GONNA SEE MAXIMUM RESULTS! LEMME KNOW IF YOU TRY IT..

I wish you nothing but awesome progress on your weight loss endeavors!.. I’m fixing to get back on the diet I ran out of grapefruit the other day LOL. be sure to keep your portions small like a cup full or a half a cup, and eat several small meals, choose healthy snacks and only eat when your hungry and dont eat after 7pm
okay heres the thing…i dont eat veggies and i know that is really bad..could i like have an apple instead…and yes ive been starting to drink alot alot alot more water…and if i get kinda hungry could i have a slimdfast ?...
well you gotta eat veggies they are good and very wholesome for you. eating an apple is okay but do so during the morning and afternoon hours that way the sugar in them can be burned off by your daily activities. and thats good on drinking lots of water very good. yeah you could have a slimfast if you want but they’re not that good for you. if you eat and corporate a well balanced diet along with what your doing for exercise gurl!! your gonna see results. but in order for that diet to work you gotta eat veggies though. I love vegetables NOT ALL OF THEM but I do have my favorites I eat all the time
