it reminds me of my sister, who drives an SUV in L.A. but has one pair of sheets, birch derived, that she puts on her bed. She does bird surveys for museums, Audubon, etc. and drives her gas hog into and out of L.A. all the time so she can go help “preserve” nature.
It always makes me puzzled!
