Here’s what the painting looks like photoshopped onto my living room wall by Kevin (the painter).
It’s a napping machine. I won a copy of the hardware a couple of years ago, and bought the software earlier this year. It sounds weird but is invaluable for insomniacs. Of course, now that I no longer drink caffeine, insomnia is not so much of a problem as staying awake.
That's so much more...
polite than what I was thinking. ;-D
Glad you’re sleeping well, btw.
I’d probably take that too, heheh.
Thanks, and on that bombshell, I’m off to bed (without my Pzizz).
I'm always reassured when it's not just me. :-D
I’m heading off myself. I consumed 3 bottles of wine this evening, with two friends. Which equals, by my dodgy maths, a bottle each.
Ah, boy oh boy, am I ever gonna feel sorry for myself tomorrow. And it’s only bloody Thursday tomorrow, too. ;-D
Trauma_Junkie is really ready for Memorial Day!
did it really work? I always find myself staying up and listening…
It does work, yes.
I think the trick is to put it on really quietly so it’s barely audible and soothing your subconscious. Removing caffeine from my diet has been the most effective way to improve my sleep, though. Most nights now I’m spark out before my head hits the pillow. It’s actually quite irritating.
