I have not run in what feels like eons. i always get lazy and fall off track the closer the half marathon gets. it has been over 2 months if i am not mistaken that i have not exercised, much less jog/run. i have to get back into it. just so much going on. i know, i know . . . no excuses. just do it.

No, I did not do it. I have completely been a very very bad girl.

I did load some music onto my ipod, from PodRunner they have these interval workouts now. It will certainly help with building up my stamina to run.

Thank you for the advice and I will keep posting my progress at it goes along.
