I’ve given up ketchup. (mock gasp) Yes, I know, such a surprise. I’ll probably bring the extra bottles to work and let my coworkers use them in our kitchen.

Instead of ketchup, I go either bare with my sandwiches or a little mustard. Saves me extra calories, too, which is always a plus. :)
