I forgot to update this daily but I believe I was doing better before going on my holiday so I can move this down my list, and perhaps remove it altogether by the end of the month let’s see.

thank you for your kind words! but a while back I felt like I was wasting my time in front of the computer. After trying hard to stay away from it I’m very happy that I’m no longer addicted to this and other sites I once was; staying away from the computer is no longer difficult. I’m filling my free time with other interests and it feels good :)
