Lose 10 pounds in 10 days
A question about this goal: how do i lose 10 pounds in 10 days? 3 years ago

Answers:

You can’t. If you eat nothing and stay in bed all day, supposing you’re a girl weighing somewhere around 120, you’ll lose about 4 pounds. (120×11 = basal metabolic rate, divided by 3500 calories to a pound). If you exercise like crazy, losing an additional 500 calories per day, you may only lose 6 pounds altogether.

The only way to do it would be to create a calorie deficit of 3500 calories per day. That means eating nothing AND losing some 2000 calories by exercising. To put that in perspective -> running 200 miles.

So, the best thing to do is give yourself a little while. But also, it’s strange that you gained weight during the summer. Summer is the time to be active, and there’s not the stress of school to keep you eating comfort food.

Not true. I lost 10 pounds in a week and my friend lost 12 pounds in 10 days - and that was without exercising. Neither of us is obese, either. We did a thing called the Master Cleanse. It’s a cleanse, not a diet, that will make you feel lighter and healthier. It’s certainly not something that is sustainable - for that you need real diet and exercise modifications. But it’s a nice kick start.

what is this master cleanse?

how do you do the master clease?

what is this master clens and how do i do it? plz help

You can find all sorts of info on it on the Internet. It goes by either the name the “Master Cleanse” or “The Lemonade Diet”. Basically, all it is is lemons, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper (see Internet for exact proportions and teas, etc). That’s it. That’s all you get for 12 days (or however long you do it). It is meant to be a cleanse, not a diet. However, like I said, it is a nice boost if you’re trying to lose weight and get healthier. Good luck!
