Get more sleep
A very easy way to do this

Start by doing the opposite! Set your alarm clock to 1-2 hours before your normal waking hour. Take a good shot of coffee and a hot shower, and start the day!
By the evening, you will be completely dead, and forced to go to bed a lot earlier than usual. Now you can put back your alarm to normal time, and try to keep up with the early bed time!

I’ve tried this, but then I can’t get through the day. Last time I tried, I got into an accident on the drive home because I fell asleep at the wheel!
