I erged this morning for 15 minutes. It kicked my butt—I tripped walking up the stairs. I’m hoping to be up to 3, 25 minute sessions a week by February.

The answer, or mine anyway is sustainability… will I keep doing it or not. The skill, if there is one for this indoor machine, is to pull the same split time at a lower rate…pull hard (engage the legs) but have sufficient recovery time(slowly moving back up to the front) AND it keep the boredom at bay. Which is a big goal for me since I was recently been nicknamed the ADD rower. Have fun!!
