Chopped flank steak put on grill, juicy, tender, some pico de gallo and, for me, that’s it.
They’ll also put beans and rice in it typically, but I don’t care for that.
This burrito and these carne asada tacos come from a taco wagon not too far from where I live. We have a really high number of Mexican folks living here, and these sorts of things are everywhere.
Enore is
We have many different…and I mean many...places to get good Mexican food around here. They range from card tables with a cooler full of home made tamales on a street corner to fancy dining establishments, and everything in between. My favorites continue to be the taco wagons, like this one. THIS specific one happens to be the one where the food I’ve shown you comes from and is, to my tastes, The Best.
Of course, tastes differ, but I have yet to find one of them not turning out good grub.
