I’m a sneaker girl. I have large feet and I used to have trouble finding womens shoes. Recently the sizes got bigger, so now I can actually find heels. I’m not that great in walking in them, although I find that when you walk in them for two days (the pain, the pain!) straight you get the hang of it. I’m aiming to wear heels for 2 or 3 days a week. Doesn’t have to be all day, when I’m home I can take them off, but just wear them most of the day!

Hey!
I’ve been wearing heels mostly in the weekends up till now. I’m still studying and we are not allowed to wear heels while in the lab (at least two days out of the week), so the sneakers ‘win’ there. I’ve been practicing walking in heels at home, and I made progress :D. I’m starting to love them more and more already! I think I’ll wear them to school soon ;). Do you always wear heels? I still find it hard to walk in them for a long time (shopping for example), then my feet really hurt. Just a matter of getting used to, or is it really impossible?
Sorry if I was deceiving, but I am a male and an old one also(68)from
the USA. And also married. I happened to read your post and felt compelled to cheer your efforts on dressing up more often.
I respectfully think women look much nicer in heels and skirt rather than sneakers or flip flops.
Flip flops are ugly and make your feet look big.Getting used to heels by wearing them at home is a good way to build up your stamina
and you will be able to wear them without your feet hurting so much.
They will never be as comfortable as sneakers, but prettier.Being married, I just look only. All men do.Cheers. Being a young woman, you
have your whole life ahead of you.
I hope it is full of happiness.
Flats are OK. Sometimes you need to rest your feet.
Lol, it’s ok. I just read your first comment again and I don’t know why I thought you were a woman, because nothing in the post made it point to that direction. I guess I thought there’d be mostely women on this goal ;). It doesn’t matter anyway, thanks for your comments and I totally agree with you. Heels are much more elegant then sneakers are! That is why I need to learn to walk in them :D.
