Week #3: Tuesday

This week is actually a little bit easier than the previous one because I changed to the lower level. In spite of that I could really feel today’s sets in my abs. Perhaps doing fewer repetitions allows me to do them more properly and actually gives a better workout for the muscles..?

Well anyway, it’s funny how addictive this challenge is. I’ve never liked doing sit-ups, but it’s very motivating to have a clear target. And it only takes about 10 minutes to complete a day’s workout. :-)

Oh you already did today’s set? Well I was at school from 8 to 16 so I haven’t had much time yet.

Oh yeah

and I also went to play badminton with my brothers. I’m feeling sporty now. :-)

I feel tired. Watching the ice hockey and getting up early wasn’t good idea…But I think I do the set now.
