Alyssa Quintana can't sleep, have to get up early
I have struggled with my weight since i was 17 (im almost 21) I dont really have a support system, my boyfriend seems to not mind, so thats not motivating, my mom just tells me im fat everytime i see her and my step dad looks at my stomach and watches me when i dont eat anything healthy (he’s overwieght himself) i hate working out, which is the problem. I tried counting calories, ive tried weight watchers, special k challange, just eating healthy. I cut out coffee, soda, fast food, anything fried, sweets and tried eating more salads and fruit and water. it just isnt enough. im a student and dont have money for a gym membership or a personal trainer. i just cant find the motivation to not eat white grains, meat or to work out!! any advice??
