Alyssa Quintana can't sleep, have to get up early

ugh... when will i get there? 7 months ago

I have struggled with my weight since i was 17 (im almost 21) I dont really have a support system, my boyfriend seems to not mind, so thats not motivating, my mom just tells me im fat everytime i see her and my step dad looks at my stomach and watches me when i dont eat anything healthy (he’s overwieght himself) i hate working out, which is the problem. I tried counting calories, ive tried weight watchers, special k challange, just eating healthy. I cut out coffee, soda, fast food, anything fried, sweets and tried eating more salads and fruit and water. it just isnt enough. im a student and dont have money for a gym membership or a personal trainer. i just cant find the motivation to not eat white grains, meat or to work out!! any advice??

i’ve done weight watchers… i feel like it takes me no where….i cant look at myself in the mirror anymore, i cannot believe i just let myself go! AND… my boyfriend is talking about marriage… if so i have to lose serious weight soon so i look awesome in my pictures!! im so glad you cheered me tho… i appreciate the support….it helps… i’ve actually doing hte special k challenge right now and ive done well and decided to play some sports and i feel good. my love handles have shrunk… so maybe i

well you look good you should be proud that you have the initiative to do something and make your self healthy again dont do it to just be skinny do it to be healthy :)

Girl, I lost 80 lbs roller blading everywhere in my spare time, and with Slim fast. I’ve been trying the Special K challenge now for about four monthes and been finding it to be one of the easiest, most fulfilling diets ever with fairly quick results. You can do it! If I can do it, and I HATE this process, you can!!
