what about collecting things and thought on how we could start changing the way we think of giving and actually do give aid to others? i think of creating a kind of “micropatronage”, so everyone could give as less as affordable, but will create a bigger outcome, cause we add all those small things.

Absolutely. Why not combine our ideas and at least try to reach a conclusion?

At worst, we’ve gained some experience seeing what other people’s ideas of “world-changing” are. At best, we might actually get somewhere.

What do you think changing the world would mean doing?

Thanks dmaterialized for your respond. you ask how i think we could start? i will try to explain my thoughts.

first: try to figure out all those services and products you use on a regular dose and that you are willing to pay for (or forced to), e.g. mobilephone bill, iTunes music store, everyday items you shop, ...

second: take the return cash, the missing pence (or cent) etc. and add this to a kind of “global micropatronage fund”.

third: consider the following. i do this kind of collecting for a while now with an average “outcome” of more or less 1 Euro daily. or about 25*1 = 25 euro monthly.

forth: we would need lots of people doing this. but even a few would be a nice start…

fifth: one could expand this concept to almost every piece of life. think of payroll fee cent/pence, think of everything you want to.

what do you think?
