Done! I hit my hundredth hour on Thursday.
Work on improving Yoga and Strength, form and reps
Done! There was extra focus on this (on all levels) and I’ll keep trying to do better.
Maintain/raise daily time (90 min or more)
Done! 90 min – 3 hours daily, even when I really didn’t feel up to it. On days with less time I tried to burn more calories with extra aerobics.
Cycle through 10 least done exercises
Done! I ran through the 10 least done exercises twice during the last week.
Reach goal BMI set for Thursday
Done, but a bit late. I didn’t make it on Thursday, but it was below my set goal by the following morning, and I’ve kept it down since – even over a weekend full of temptations. Low of 22.50, now maintained for 3 days and aiming lower.
Notes:
Isak still holds the high score for the free run. By a long shot. I don’t know if I’ll ever catch up, but it’s fun trying, and he loves doing the 2-P run with me, chasing kitties.
We had some extra fun when my parents came over and took turns on the board. I think my mom’s sold…
On a few of the exercises (ie. 20 rep Single-Leg Reach) I had a chair by me because I lost my balance a couple of times, but I still completed the exercise. I’ll work on maintaining my balance throughout.
