I have wanted to leave my marraige for over 10 years. I feel like a fool just writing that. But things are not that bad and there is no one major reason that I can point to and say THIS is the reason I am leaving. But things are not that good and this is not the way I want to live. He wouldn’t say things are going well, but he would rather be married than not. In order to leave I have to dive in to things I have always tried to avoid, namely conflict, discomfort, change.

You should suggest you go for counselling / marriage guidance together … it should help you identify the issues that are stopping you being happy together and either help you resolve them, or help you both understand if the relationship should come to the end.
