PhDreezy is working my way to a healthy weight
I’ve walked every day except the day I swam. From 2 miles when I started to 2.7 miles today. I’m so proud of myself for keeping up the good work. I’m varying my walks so I don’t get bored. I’m also eating differently and hopefully that helps me to make the progress that I want to make.
Small steps, big differences
Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Crunch (1 cup), 1/2 cup Silk skim soymilk
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwich, 5 strawberries with cream cheese
Dinner: Sauteed cabbage, corn, and a quarter cup of brown rice with cheddar cheese
Snack: 1/2 cup Dannon all-natural plain yogurt
