IM soo sick of always being on a diet … but never losing weight .. :-)
morning glory is busy learning a thing or two about life
sometimes diet doesn't help..
..Sometimes back I wanted to loose my weight and I lost 12 kg in a month by adopting these habits:
1.Started taking brisk walkes daily without fail,
2.Had atleast 10 to 12 glasses 0f water in a day,added another glass whenever felt hungry,
3.Said strictly NO to all kind of sweets,
4.Had very little salt in my meals,no table salt,because salt retains water in our body cell.
5.did some physical excersise religiously in the morning..
Results were amazing,I had to change my wardrobe.
One thing more I will suggest you, some times give relaxation to your dieting to satisfy your palate and give your body a surprise treat. All the best.
