I started this program http://hundredpushups.com/index.html about 6 weeks ago and go bogged down in week four.
The first test was a bid depressing I could only punp out 17 push ups. Yeah, I know. Last night I did 60 before going to bed, of course I’m typing this with my toes because I can’t move my arms to table level.
Someone asked my why I wanted to be able to do 100 push ups, what was my goal? I didn’t have a answer to that so I answered with a question myself… Ever heard of a salad?
