Well, even the smallest things, such as running for the bus (which I do on a regular basis) can help. But I’m thinking bigger…
I’m going to help my friend with gardening and have a “serious workout session” on the trampoline xD It’s fun excercise.
And then on Thursday I’m taking Holly and Sarah over to Tamsins’ house to try some yoga =]
I also went on the excercise bike last night. My legs really ached, but it felt good to know that I’m being better for myself.
