donate platelets

I signed up for platelets donation. I’m a little concerned that it takes about two hours to complete. That’s a long time to have a needle in your arm.

As a long-time platelet donor, I’ve found that I only feel the needle for the first five or so minutes, and even then it’s just a little pinch. Go for it!
