I offered to take her to see Wicked for her birthday. She was very excited about it.
Today, I priced tickets. Most of them were over one hundred dollars.
Are you freaking kidding me??
The last time I went to a show on Broadway, I paid forty-two dollars per ticket. And I thought that was a bit pricey.
Luckily, with some sleuthing, I was able to find a weekday night show for a total of $150 for both of us (crappy seats, of course), including ordering fees and ticket delivery.
Yikes! Still it will be fun to take Frogette to her first Broadway show. Some time later this year, we will go to a (much cheaper!) ballet, since she loves that as well.
