I have met a new friend and we have been working out for the past month 4 days a week. We first met at a local mall and then a park which is our usual spot now to get our workout on. I’ve been making more eye contact with people. Before I would look down or away like a scaredy cat (Meow):) I’ve even initiated “Hello’s” with total strangers and I have been engaging in more small talk with strangers as well. I am getting my confidence back slowly, but surely. I even started flirting a little I heard it releases feel good hormones, and I believe it I could use a boost of FEEL GOOD:D

Things change no matter how strong people try to escape thinking about it. So the fact that you put yourself in command and actively influence these changes is very inspiring!
This feeling good about myself is what I am aiming for. And this time it will not be based on somehow delusional expectations of positive reactions from others :) Nevertheless you just did some role modeling so cheers and I hope you will feel good more and more.
