I think I’m a werewolf.

I’ve been having odd cramps and strange memories that aren’t mine. I need help. The memories and cramps are painful.

The cramps could just be cramps, they could be you not realizing your shifting into a therian. The memories I’m not sure about maybe you’re remembering a past life, who knows?
