Get my measurements down to 37-24-39 (read all 2 entries…)
Starting out

I’m currently at 37-30-39. I want to get back to the point where I was before where I was a more dramatic shape.



Comments:

I’m focusing on strengthening my core muscles because just changing what I eat usually ends up in an overall loss. And when I had my measurements down before, I focused on both so I’m going for that same method. A lot of people have presented tight-lacing with a corset as an option but I want to attempt this naturally, like before.
