lose weight
Untitled

I’m currently a 19 year old 5’8 female weighing 130. I know this isnt overweight, but I need to fulfill my potential and weigh 115 before university starts up again in october. I’ve been eating very lightly, and cutting carbs, but i think i need to be stricter becaus ei seem to be plateauing. in April i weighed 145 pounds and i managed to lose those 15 pounds very easily and quickly. Perhaps now Im losing less because my exercise regime is slightly different, but im unable to go to the gym because im currently vacationing, and have been using an exercise dvd. Perhaps ill start doing it twice a day.

my plan for today

Breakfast: handfull of muesli with skimmed milk. and a cup of earl grey tea (0 calories)

Lunch: Two nectarines and a rice cake.

Dinner: a garden salad with balsamic vinagrette.

Its likely ill snack but ill make sure i do so on vegetables.

I neeed to stop hav a “couple” of bites of what everyone else is eating at the table, and make sure i resist the temptation to put a lump of sugar in my tea.

Please give me tips on my irritating plateau stage.

Drink Water and Eat

1) Drink lots and lots of water. I don’t know what your current intake is, but drink tons! It helps so much.

2) Eat more. I know you do not want to hear this, but you are not eating nearly enough. When you eat to little, your body think it is starving, so it holds on to every ounce of fat for dear life. This is why you have plateaued. Try eating a little more, and you’ll feel more energized ,and find that it is easier to lose the weight.
