March - go to the gym whenever I can at least 700cal and 10k (read all 22 entries…)
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit

So an almost big milestone today with running a mile.
Then doing some weights, but I’m gonna do more tomorrow. One little gripe is – I’m on fitocracy now and I like completing quests and challenges and stuff. But some of the stuff on there, like because the gym I go to has a smith machine all the barbell bench press stuff doesn’t count and the cycling as I don’t actually go cycling.
I’d like it to be harder but in some cases I just can’t – with no bike I can’t go riding plus I do a whole set if I went bike riding it’d be just that and only on roads so stopping and starting and all polluted.

But as with a certain someones post lets not focus on anything negative for at least seven days. So doing a mile in one go and in 10min 22ssecs not bad for a first time right :D

I've only gone like thrice

The way I see things when I do stuff (which isn’t at all a good way) is not what I did but didn’t do. Yesterday 1mile okay not a good time and I probably could have at least kept going to 2k. Plus it was only on 10 and I walked at 6 for 100 or 200m.
Or lifting another rep, another set another exercise. But yea I’ve only gone like three times so not really any changes I maybe have lost some weight but you can put that back on be drinking a glass of water so it’s swings a roundabouts. But clothes wise nothing yet, but I have broad shoulders and all so I’ll almost always be in the same sizes anyway which blows.

Well you better go today as I’m making like a tree a leafing (leaving) – not quite as good but you get the idea. But I’ve been watching this powder doc for about 30mins just so cool but I need to tear myself away.

I seen that vid before, but it’s still an inspiring one.
That’s the thing for me though I know other people have done this and so much more and if I struggle at all, it’s just showing my failings all the more.

its not supposed to

be easy silly. and u will get better with every session, with ever set, with every rep, with every minute. as they say it took along time to put on the weight and it will take a long time to get it off. u think that guy didnt struggle? course he did. but he stuck with it, just like u are. stop being so negative about it. ur doing so well seriously. keep at it.

I don't like easy

If something is easy then I don’t really have a lot of interest in it, but it does feel like what I do would be very easy for people and I’m not getting any better.
Just more me being realistic, setting almost like minimal levels and all. Plus there should always be an improvement and as yet there isn’t. Hmm I think I’ll go back to my original thing on wednesday that might work.
