Sleep more? Better?

I just noticed this goal in Ks post.
That got me thinking.

I fall asleep the minute the lights are turned off.
And as I wake up every day at approximately the same time, I don’t think that I really get enough sleep.

I have no idea how many hours I sleep a day.

Seems like something to work on …

I’m thinking about taking a little notebook upstairs to write down my list just before going to bed sitting down to meditate.
(Writing it down here would only lead to cheering and commenting here and there and might be counterproductive)

to feel tired just now.

I hope to remember my plan and not decide I have to do everything now and then rush to bed :)
