a 21:21 5k with the pedal about 3/4 down. I’m still about 7 lbs. fom where I want to be, so I think that once I can manage to lose that extra “baggage” I can be competitive at the 5k again, and even 10k if I can add some endurance to my fitness level.

when racing, but I compete with myself just as easily.
I’m actually ahead of where I was at this time last year. I smell some PR vapors wafting my way!!! :)

and always, wishing I was fast… It will be fun to see where this season takes you. Just signed up for a tri with a 5K leg. I’m so slow, I’m lucky if I can break 10 minutes. :(
